Hey! So I know I haven't posted in a while. It was mostly because of the 100 Beauties event where I spent ALL my time collecting rouges.* I was getting SO SICK of replaying the levels! (Just so you know, I told everyone that I was sick of it. Hahaha.)
*Just in case, you missed the event or if you're new, the event was to basically play at an event map where each challenge would provide you with a rouge and you would be able to exchange a number of rouges for a piece of clothing/hairstyle/accessories/etc... The outfits you can exchange for have a high number of hearts are a part of an outfit achievement category called "100 Beauties". It isn't so bad until you realise that you only get 1 rouge each time you play a challenge (and you don't get it every time) and you had to exchange 100++ rouges (up to 160++ for the dresses/makeups) to get just ONE ITEM. It was fun at first but after 10 days of clicking "Highest", it was the worst. I only managed to collect one outfit out of the two before I gave up and realised I had no time. People lost sleep over this!
I decided not to publish the guide for the event map on my blog since it was an event and it would become useless after it was over. Plus, people were sharing a lot in the Official Fans Group (you can click here and navigate to the fans group. The official page advertises it a lot) so not so reasonable to publish here. BUT, being the love-to-help person I am (not sure if that's right haha), I did it *almost* blogging style as a post on the wall of the fans group.
SO! Well, after I returned from my long trip in the event map, I realised, 400 VIEWS. WOW. I am soooo impressed and I really thought no one would want to come look at it especially with the fans group and their large albums of guides (albeit lack of detail *smiley face with teeth*) and my slowness (is that even a word?) with the progress of the maps. I have to say, my progress on the maps aren't as slow as me publishing it, I just haven't found the time to compile the screenshots. It also takes a whole bunch of time to scroll through the photos looking for the right one (they don't list the number in the rating scene!) and to transfer them to my computer. Currently, I just finished Germany and am on to Switzerland. Yes, I know. Some of you might think it's a d**k move but... I'm sorry, okay? *Bats eyes at you and smiles with teeth* It's also my summer break! Which explains my complete unproductive-ness (yes, I know it's not a real word) these days. This blog is probably the most productive thing I've been doing.
One thing I realised while playing Hello Nikki is that as the maps progress, it actually gets easier. For me, anyway (it might be different for you). I don't know... maybe it's because I gain more experience or gain better clothes but ever since I stopped playing the event map, I've been speeding through them. Literally. I rarely even need help! Which of course makes me kinda sad because then you guys won't need my blog/guide anymore. Just come for reference! Of course, you can just go to the official fans group since they have more reference but then you won't get to hear me rant or explain in so much detail that you just skip everything, right? It won't be as much fun. See? That's why you should totally keep viewing my blog. I wonder, if I posted rants/opinions on different subjects/experiences would you guys actually read them? Hmm... Only one way to find out, right? Haha!
So far, there doesn't seem to be anymore events like 100 Beauties so I guess it should be fine. I'll try to gather up my screenshots ASAP! I'll see you again, dearies! Muacks! *cheeeeese*

PS. When I said cheese, it just means that I was smiling with my teeth. It's really annoying how I can't add in emojis... My feelings aren't conveyed properly. Mhmm... Oh well.
